Founder & Master Trainer

With over a decade in peer recovery services, Shardae is an authorized CCAR facilitator known for her ability to connect, educate, and inspire. Her approach blends practical knowledge with lived experience, helping participants feel both seen and prepared. She has led training programs, supported digital health startups, and continues to advocate for high-quality, accessible peer education.

Adrienne Loines

Development and Research Specialist

Adrienne brings over five years of experience in grant writing, program development, and strategic research. With a Master’s degree in Journalism from Youngstown State University, she blends analytical insight with compelling storytelling to secure funding and support for mission-driven initiatives. Her work spans nonprofits, behavioral health, and education sectors, where she has helped organizations clarify their vision and amplify their impact. Adrienne supports Sharpe Pro Development with research, proposal development, and strategic communications rooted in authenticity and alignment.

Leora Davalos

Strategic Advisor & Social Impact Leader

Leora Davalos is a mission-driven business strategist and social entrepreneur with a deep commitment to transforming recovery and behavioral health systems through innovation, connection, and community-centered care. As Co-Founder of Thrive Digital Health (TDH), she brings over a decade of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and market expansion—paired with lived experience in long-term recovery that fuels her work with authenticity and purpose. Before entering the health tech and recovery space, Leora built a successful career in the commercial interiors industry. Her transition into behavioral health was both personal and intentional—rooted in a desire to address systemic gaps in access, equity, and support for individuals and families navigating recovery. At TDH, Leora leads strategic initiatives that blend technology with human connection. She serves as a mentor and advisor to Sharpe Pro Development.
