SharpePro supports programs serving individuals who are returning to the workforce after incarceration or justice involvement. Led by Shardae Sharpe, a certified workforce development professional, this work helps participants build the mindset, confidence, communication skills, and professional standards needed to prepare for employment and long-term stability. SharpePro’s approach is practical, respectful, and grounded in the realities people face when rebuilding their lives, navigating systems, and stepping back into the workplace.
