By registering for or participating in any course, coaching session, or service offered by Sharpe Pro Development, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
 

1. Registration & Payment

Payment must be completed at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and current.
 

2. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund, but you may receive a credit toward a future training. See our full Refund Policy for details.
 

3. Participation Requirements

You agree to engage in courses, coaching, or services in a respectful, professional manner. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a session without refund if their behavior disrupts the learning environment.
 

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, including but not limited to slides, handouts, and digital content provided during a course or session, are the property of Sharpe Pro Development or its partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without written permission.
 

5. Privacy

We collect and store personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data.
 

6. Limitations of Liability

Sharpe Pro Development is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use or inability to use any of our services or materials. Participation in our trainings does not guarantee certification, employment, or licensing.
 

7. Modifications

Sharpe Pro Development reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
